If you discover your product does not function how it should within 5 days of purchase, follow these instructions below:
1. Send an email to email@example.com with the subject title “Faulty Product”
2. Type a brief description of the issue
3. Include a picture/video of the faulty product
4. Include a picture of the product’s barcode
We will examine the issue to the best of our ability and will let the cultivator know to issue a replacement if one is due. Once the cultivator approves, we can issue the replacement.
Thank you for your patience with this process. Again, faulty products submissions must be sent within 5 days of purchase.
