Traditional Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Revisions – Coming Jan 31st, 2019
Immediate provisional access to the dispensary will go LIVE on the 31st of January, 2019 for those persons applying ONLINE ONLY to the traditional MCPP program.
If a patient has submitted a paper application for the MCPP program already, they CANNOT reapply online on Jan 31st. It’s going to clog up the state’s system. There are no refunds. Paper applications that are already in the que to be processed will be charged twice. Please do not submit a second application online. You will have to wait 90 days still.
For new patients wanting to join the program, feel free to come in our shop with your completed physician certification form, 2×2 passport photo from Walgreens, driver’s license, utility bill/bank statement, and a credit/debit card for the state fee after Jan 31st and we’ll help you complete your card registration online. Opioid Alternative Pilot Program – Coming Jan 31st, 2019
Signed into law August 28th, 2018.
Effective January 31st, 2019.
General Provisions for OAPP Patients:
– Qualifying patients are people with a current prescription for an opioid OR patient could be prescribed an opioid based on generally accepted standards of care
– Must be 21+
– No caregiver provisions for OAPP. This means OAPP patients can’t have caregivers
– Cannot have a commercial driver’s license or school bus license (but can give it up for a card if they choose)
